Entry requirements for University

Program Device Requirements

All students entering this program must: have a laptop computer that meets minimum specified requirements own and maintain their laptop bring their laptop on the first day of classes.

OSSD

Admission requirements for this program include the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status at 19 years or older.

Grade: English and Mathematics

Admission requirements for this program include Grade 12 compulsory English (C or U) or equivalent, or Conestoga College Preparatory Communications (COMM1251). Grade 12 Mathematics (MCT4C, MHF4U, MCV4U, or MDM4U) or equivalent is also required, or alternatively, Conestoga College Preparatory Mathematics for Technology & Apprenticeship (MATH1385). Minimum grades range from 60% for MCT4C and MATH1385, 50% for MHF4U and MCV4U, to 70% for MDM4U. Applicants with MAP4C may be considered after the Conestoga College Math Pre-Admissions test, subject to minimum grade cut-offs. Those not meeting math requirements can arrange for testing to assess mathematical ability.
