Entry requirements for University

Qualifications

For international students applying to Monash University's Master's in Artificial Intelligence, there are two entry levels: Entry Level 1 (2 years full-time, 4 years part-time): A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any field with a minimum credit average of 60%. Entry Level 2 (1.5 years full-time, 3 years part-time): A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant IT-related discipline, engineering, or science, including specified IT components, with a minimum credit average of 60%.

English entry requirements

For English language entry requirements, there are three accepted tests: Leve A Requirements: IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.5, with minimum band scores in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, all set at 6.0. Pearson Test of English (Academic): Overall score of 58, with minimum scores in Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing, all set at 50. TOEFL Internet-based test: Overall score of 79, with minimum scores in Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing, ranging from 12 to 21.

University entrance requerements

For Monash University admission, meeting minimum entry requirements is crucial but doesn't guarantee acceptance due to competition. Courses may have extra prerequisites.
